Sidney specializes in getting things done. He’s worked in startups, a consultancy and a couple of humongous multinational corporations, among others.

Though he’s not too keen on office politics he can play that game too, if that’s what it takes to get things done. People on the business side will say how “Sidney totally gets the technology” but the geeks know that’s bull. He can’t even write Perl. They tolerate him because at least his specifications make some sort of sense — unlike the other lot, he’s never handed them a Kandinsky and said, excitedly, “How long to build this?”

Sidney is not his real name.
